By accessing, viewing, or ordering from www.cwtoys.ecrater.com you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Service. These terms can be modified by us at any time without notice.
1. RETURN POLICIES
RETURN POLICY for VIDEO GAMES:
All Video games and consoles must be returned within 7 days of delivery of the order. Must be in original packaging as well as new condition in order to recieve refund.
RETURN POLICY for CHILDREN'S TOYS:
All Children's toys must be returned within 7 days of delivery of the order. Must be in original packaging as well as like new condition in order to recieve refund.
SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NONREFUNDABLE! CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING CHARGES IF RETURNING AN ITEM!
2. SHIPPING
All items are shipped within 2 to 3 days of cleared payment. A comfirmation email is sent when item is shipped. Items are shipped via USPS Ground or Priority Mail. Delivery is between 2-7 days. If ordering more than one item, shipping will be combined.
3. SALES TAX
Sales taxes will only be charged if your order is being shipped to Georgia at 7% or California at 8.25%.
4. PAYMENT
We do accept all major credit cards through paypal, money orders, and personal checks. Please make sure you write the item number or name of the item you're ordering with check or money order. Also please allow about 7 days for check clearing process. Lastly, payment MUST be recieved within 10 days of purchase date. If not received within 10 days order will be cancelled unless we receive contact from customer stating other arrangements. There is a fee of $35 for any returned check/NSF.
5. PRIVACY/SECURITY
Privacy: We respect your privacy, and do not provide your name, address, or any other information about you to third parties.
Security: Your personal information is protected using industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL). Using SSL your information including name, address and credit card number is encrypted prior to transmission and therefore unreadable as it travels over the Internet.
